Regrettably, the Board of Directors has received legal opinion that the notice for the 48th Annual Meeting was improper. As a result, the Board has decided to postpone the 48th Annual Meeting until OCTOBER 30, 2021 AT 11 AM ALASKA TIME. This meeting will be held at the Sunnahae Lodge in Craig, Alaska following Sunnahae Hotel COVID-19 protocols, which will require masks for all attendees. Shareholders are encouraged to attend virtually. Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting virtually need to register with Zoom by clicking the following link:

Once you have registered and been approved, a link to the meeting will be sent to your email. It is recommended that you register in advance of the meeting time to ensure you do not miss part of the meeting while your registration in being processed.

The proxy deadline remains the same. Proxies must be received no later than Friday, September 10, 2021 at 5pm @ Dapcevich Accounting in Sitka. Shareholders may also drop their proxy off at the main office before 4pm on Friday, September 10, 2021. Shareholders wishing to submit their proxy in-person on the day of the meeting can do so at the Sunnahae Hotel, 512 Water St. in Craig on October 30, 2021 between the hours of 11am and 1pm.
